Cardio Kickboxing for Fitness.All Okinawan Shorin Ryu Karate and Kobudo Federation The fastest growing technique today - one of a kind.  For Health, Fitness, Strength, Flexibility and Cardio Endurance all wrapped up in one fun filled hour!  Builds endurance and self esteem. 

Offered Monday through Thursday from 5:00 to 6:00, the class features stretching and toning followed by an intensive Cardio-Kickboxing workout.  Free weights are also incorporated into the workouts.  

Classes are fun and varied.  This is not boring and wimpy plain old aerobics.  This is a workout with an attitude.  Come see what one hour 3-4 times a week can do for you! 

The class leader, Brenda Books, is uniquely  qualified to teach Cardio-Kickboxing.  Brenda holds brown belt rank in the Okinawan Shorin Ryu style of karate.  Brenda is also a certified aerobics instructor and brings over 10 years of teaching experience to the class.

Cardio-Kickboxing classes are held Monday through Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
